Compulsory charges:

All prices include VAT, but do not include tourist tax, which is 600 HUF / person / night over 18 years in our city.
We charge 1500 HUF / car / night for parking in the private car park of the hotel.
50% of the total bookings should be payed in advance.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations for holiday bookings can be made up to 31 days before the first night to be spent.
Up to 31st day before the first night, 50% of the price of the accommodation or service will be retained as a deposit. Thereafter, the full participation fee.
A room booked for a limited period can be cancelled before the day of departure for a minimum deposit. To leave a room before the departure date, the full participation fee must be paid.

Discount for children:
0 - 3 years Free
3 - 14 years 50 %
It is important that our guests do not have to worry about the extra charges when bringing their children to relax with them, therefore we do not count any fees for children under the age of 3 and only 50% of the price for children under the age of 14.

We have already set family rates for many special packages, especially Deluxe Family Suites.

Baby cot is free of charge for children up to 3 years!

Chech-in earlier / check-out later:

You can check-in earlier and check-out later. Early check-in from 11:00 on arrival’s day, late check-out till 13:00 on departure’s day. The price of the service: 7 000 HUF/room/occasion. If you would like to use this service, please inform us beforehand.
