The hotel is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
In case of emergency please call Reception, whose dialling number is 0.
In the event of a fire alarm leave the building immediately! You can find the escape route plans on the door of your room. In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
Always keep the room locked. If you leave your room please close the window and the balcony door.
Protect your valuables! Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Secure solution for safekeeping your valuables is the room safe located in every room, which is free to use.

AIR CONDITIONING
All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning that can be adjusted invidually by our guests. The equipment shuts down if the terrace door or window is open, or if your key card is not inserted into the slot next to the light switch.

BATHROBE
The use of bathrobe is free of charge. If you want to purchase a bathrobe, the price is 15.000 HUF. Please contact Reception.

Personal computer and printing facility is available 24 hours a day in the lobby, next to the reception desk.

CLEANING
Daily cleaning is from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
If you do not wish to be disturbed at the given time, but want cleaning services at another time, or do not wish any cleaning at all, please let us know by hanging the sign designated for this purpose on the door. In case you require any extra cleaning, do not hesitate to contact Reception. Bed linen change or extra cleaning costs 7.000 HUF / occasion.

Please contact Reception during your stay, so that we can solve your issue as soon as possible.
CONFERENCES
The hotel provides an excellent setting for hosting private and business events. Guests are welcome inside the restaurant with capacity of 160 people, and three banquet rooms can serve a further 50 and 100 guests at a time.
COPYING
Copying service is available at the reception desk for 40 HUF/page.
COSMETICS
Shower caps, nail files, cotton swabs, lotion can be requested from Reception.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB.
DAMAGES
In case of international damages, extra fees will be charged.
DEEP CLEANING, CLOTHES WASHING
Clothes cleaning service is available every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. For further information please contact Reception. We accept dry cleaning requests to be done by at most 36 hours from request.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure we request you vacate your room before 10 a.m. If you wish to stay longer please contact Reception. Please leave your key card at the Reception desk before leaving the hotel, otherwise 1.000 HUF / card will be charged.
ELECTRICITY
The electric current is 220 V/50 Hz.
Voltage converter for 110V and travel adapter is available at Reception upon request.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Our environment-friendly hotel supports several environmental initiatives. We also pay great attention to the reduction of chemicals used, water consumption and apply selective waste collection. We kindly ask you to support our efforts. Let us protect the environment together!

Every floor in the hotel is equipped with fire alarm equipment and fire extinguishers; there is also a smoke detector in every room. In case of fire the guests are alarmed by siren sound and are requested to leave the hotel as soon as possible through the nearest emergency exit, following the escape route shown on the emergency escape map on the back of the room door.

The use of our 3 cardio machines in the wellness centre is free of charge. Please use them at your own risk.

Any items lost or left inside the hotel will be kept for one month, except for food and liquids. For information about lost items, please contact Reception.

We take no responsibility for any objects placed in the rooms. Using the safety deposit box in the wardrobe is free of charge.

Aurum Beach open air pool opens in May and closes in October, our open air Thermal water pool is open all year round. Our indoors wellness pools are found on the ground floor of our hotel.

Jacuzzi (non-thermal) – Maximum 6 persons.
Submerger pool – Maximum 1 person.
Outdoors pools:
Thermal pool (open all year). Maximum 10 persons.
Outdoors pool (open from May 1st to September 30th). Maximum 50 persons.
